Bighearted Abby Arrives in Style.

Eleven year old Abby Louise Tombs Will be arriving in style at the Bighearted Scotland Awardsat the Marriot Hotel in a Limousine.

She was nominated by her proud parents Margaret and David for the Bighearted Scotland Child Of The Year Award. Three years ago, Abby, From Govanhill in Glasgow was diagnosed with Lupus(SLE) an auto-immune disease which attacks her kidneys and makes her weak and tired.

​

Despite this she has managedto raise an estimated £10,000 for Kidney Research UK since then. Said her mother later: "Even though Abby came second we all had a wonderful time"
